We started Operro because we lived the problem — as remote workers, and as people who've worked within remote staffing. We knew both experiences could be better. So we built the thing we wished had existed.

As remote workers, we experienced firsthand what it feels like to join a company without proper support — unclear expectations, no structure, and no one genuinely in your corner. The kind of experience that makes you question whether remote work is actually for you.

As people who've worked within remote staffing, we saw the other side too. Employers frustrated by slow processes, poor matches, and agencies that disappeared the moment the contract was signed.

We'd sat in both seats. We understood both sets of pain points intimately. And we knew that solving this properly meant building something from scratch — designed for how remote work actually works today.
